The Chapter Summer Conference this year will be held on Saturday, July 24, 2010 at the Fireside Dinner Theatre, 1131 Janesville Avenue in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin.  The Fireside Dinner Theatre is one of Wisconsin’s top destinations.  We will attend the evening showing of Johnny Cash – Ring of Fire.  Arrival time is 5:00 p.m., with dinner at 5:30 p.m.  The show begins at 8:00 p.m. 

 

The man in black!  This artist needs no other introduction.  Johnny Cash is an icon – a great singer/songwriter whose work has touched millions of devoted fans.  Fresh from a successful Broadway run, Ring of Fire has it all – the drama of his memorable life and career told by a cast of talented singers, musicians and over 40 of his great hits including “I Walk the Line,” “Folsom Prison Blues,” “Jackson” and of course “Ring of Fire.”  Music fans will be thrilled by this exciting journey through the life and work of this great artist.  You can get more information on the show at FiresideTheatre.com. 

 

The Summer Conference is free to the first couple per member firm.  Additional persons may attend for $75 per person / $150 per couple.  This includes dinner, drinks and the show.  You just have to get there.  If anyone is interested in carpooling, we will keep a list at the Chapter office of others who might be interested in carpooling.  Fort Atkinson is one hour northeast of Rockford. 

 

Enclosed please find the registration form for the Chapter Summer Conference.  Please return the form as soon as possible, but no later than June 24^th so we can finalize the number of tickets that are needed for the dinner theatre.  We have a block of 42 tickets in the fifth and sixth rows of Section Y of this intimate theatre-in-the-round.
